If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE OpenLib is a curated open-source app library that allows users to discover, rate, review, and submit open-source software. The Service is provided free of charge and is itself open-source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. 3. USER ACCOUNTS a) You may sign in using Google or GitHub authentication. b) You are responsible for all activity under your account. c) You must not impersonate others or create misleading accounts. d) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 4. USER CONTENT a) By submitting content (reviews, comments, edit requests, app submissions), you grant OpenLib a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the Service. b) You retain ownership of your original content. c) You must not submit content that is: - Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing - Defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy - Infringing on intellectual property rights - Spam, phishing, or malicious in nature - Misleading or fraudulent 5. APP LISTINGS a) App information is community-maintained through edit requests. b) OpenLib does not host or distribute the software listed; we link to official sources. c) We make no warranties about the safety, quality, or legality of listed applications. d) Users download and install software at their own risk. 6. EDIT REQUESTS AND MODERATION a) Edit requests are reviewed by the OpenLib team before merging. b) The team reserves the right to reject, modify, or revert any edit. c) Abuse of the edit request system may result in account restrictions. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY a) The OpenLib platform source code is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. b) App logos, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. c) User-submitted content remains the property of the original author. 8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You must not: - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems - Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service - Manipulate votes, reviews, or rankings - Upload malware or malicious content - Circumvent security measures or abuse Firebase resources 9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. 10.
